Darren has 35+ years of experience across all aspects of Industrial Relations (IR). He has provided IR support, as well as leadership for more than three decades across a diverse range of organisations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Darren brings expertise and a track record of accomplishment in identifying and executing innovative, practical, and workable strategies that enable organisations to maintain compliance with their employment obligations.
